Born and raised in Santiago, Chile, Chef Rosario Galaz Arechaga, migrated to the United States in 2000, growing up with cousins and grandparents on weekends in a Fig, Lemon & Avocado Vacation Farm were the entire family met for pure fun and deliciousness right from the land!
